Morena will appoint a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor and cleaning team to manage the operation at the premises. An Area Manager will manage the operation, implement our systems and provide on going training of the cleaning team.
The cleaning team is neatly attired in suitable uniforms at all times.
Morena will provide new or replacement cleaning equipment and will train its staff in the correct use thereof. Morena will maintain the equipment.
Cleaning materials and chemicals are included in our monthly billing.
Any cleaner on annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave or compassionate leave will be replaced by a trained cleaner for the period of leave. A number of Morena’s staff will be trained on the premises to allow for contingencies with suitably trained and inducted staff.
