- Morena’s Area Managers are responsible for the implementation of Morena’s management systems and standards.
- Morena’s cleaning supervisor and/or cleaning team will be responsible for the daily running of the cleaning operation.
Together they will:
- Implement and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Visit the customer’s premises at least once a week to ensure that the service is at the correct standard.
- Discuss weekly all aspects of their service with the customer’s representative.
- Present monthly statements and collect payment if necessary.
- Co-ordinate all on-site staff training.
- In addition, Head Office support will entail a visit once per month by an executive member of Morena.
